Cocktail Spice, Rosemary
While it may look like traditional cockatail bitters, this tincture is a little different, and it's a product we're very excited to be carrying. It's packed with that rich, deep rosemary flavor we all love. Try it in a range of drinks -- a whiskey sour is made much more interesting by a few drops of rosemary flavor, and a simple old fashioned is given a savory edge.
The Rosemary Greyhound
2 oz Vodka
4 oz Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
4 to 5 dashes Rosemary Bitters
Rosemary sprig for garnish, optional
Combine Vodka, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and enjoy!
