Go beyond your regular cutting boards with these Epicurean cutting surfaces. Made out of natural wood fibers from environmentally friendly trees that are harvested in the USA. All surfaces are dishwasher safe, knife friendly and require not maintenance. These surfaces are nonporous to harbor no bacteria and are NSF Certified. Doubles as a trivet and is heat-resistant to up to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C). Not microwave safe and should not be used as cookware. Made by Epicurean.
