This 3-part stainless steel Krona double boiler has a 1.5-quart capacity. Vented glass lid. The base has an encapsulated tri-ply disc that distributes heat evenly, and a stay-cool handle. The lighter-weight double boiler section also features a handle. Made by Norpro.

Top pan melts caramel, chocolate, custard, and sauces slowly and evenly to avoid scorching.

Set includes a steamer, boiler and vented tempered glass lid. Vented glass lid allows steam to escape, which helps keep glass lid clear for viewing.

Stainless steel construction

TRI-PLY ENCAPSULATED base that incorporates 2 layers of stainless steel with an aluminum core layer.

The top pan has a stay cool helper handle that gives you a better grip when removing the pan.

Hand washing recommended.
