Rhubarb Daiquiri

2 oz Light rum
1 oz Lime juice
1 oz Simple syrup
Rhubarb bitters

Shake rum, lime juice, and syrup with plenty of ice. Strain and pour up in a frosty cocktail or coupe glass. Top with 8 drops Rhubarb Bitters.
