Not only does Swiss Diamond provide an effortless clean, but the diamond-reinforced coating is a safe, PFOA-free cooking surface. The seal between the cooking surface and the aluminum base is improved, creating a more corrosive resistant layer. This not only improves the durability of your Swiss Diamond cookware, but provides a 40 percent better food release than our previous HD coating. Because this pan transfers heat so efficiently, you never need to use more than low-medium heat.
