Hella Citrus Bitters

Hella Cocktail Co. likes to call Citrus their full spectrum bitters. Rather than focus on a simple fruit, they decide on from as many as 4 types of Citrus pith for this recipe. The result is fantastic; full, bright and aromatic it's the most versatile bitter we've ever tasted. Fantastic in cooking too! 5oz 

Hella Classic Manhattan 

2 oz rye or bourbon 
1 oz sweet vermouth 
2 dashes Hella Bitters Aromatic 
1 Dash Hella Bitters Citrus or Orange 

In a mixing glass or shaker combine ingredients, add ice and stir for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass or in a rocks glass, over ice. Garnish with cherry or orange peel.
