Hella Cocktail Co. 2-bottle Orange and Aromatic kit

Hella Bitters are some of our favorite bitters on the market, and they’re made practically in our own backyard. This miniature duo of bitters will allow you to make just about any classic cocktail. There’s the classic Aromatic style, which is herbal and dry and complex, and an orange bitter that has a full-bodied orange peel aroma and taste. Use either one by itself, or combine them for an updated Old Fashioned or Manhattan. And the best part -- they’re travel-friendly! Two 1.7 ounce bottles, made by Hella Bitters in New York City.


Manhattan

2 oz rye or bourbon
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Hella Bitters Aromatic
1 Dash Hella Bitters Citrus or Orange

In a mixing glass or shaker combine ingredients, add ice and stir for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass or in a rocks glass, over ice. Garnish with cherry or orange peel.
