13" Induction Safe Enameled Paella Pan

Serves 2 to 4 people. Great for beginning paella cooks, this is one of La Paella's most popular sizes. Fits well over most large standard burners. Also fits in the oven and can be used on all types of grills. Unlike traditional paella pans, which are slightly convex on the bottom, this pan is perfectly flat so the entire bottom makes contact with the burner surface.

La Paella's enameled pans offer convenience and value, and they make delicious paella. Made of steel, they're coated with black and white speckled enamel, so rusting will not be an issue. The enamel also makes them a bit easier to clean, even if you've managed to get a good layer of socarrat (caramelized rice on the bottom of the pan).
