Benriner Japanese Mandoline Slicer

This Japanese mandoline slicer by Benriner features adjustable slicing thickness and comes with three optional julienne "teeth" blades. Comes with finger protector for safe slicing. Heavy duty plastic body with stainless steel blades. Measures 12.4" x 3.5" x 1". Made in Japan.

This updated 2023 model includes additional screws to hold the flat blade in place, and an updated flat blade shape to accommodate the additional screws. When buying replacement blades be sure to confirm which style mandoline you have.
