Traditional in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking and baking, rose water is distilled from thousands of rose petals. Add a touch of floral elegance to your cocktails or baked goods. Just a dash will impart a soft rose flavor, or add a bit more for an intense floral taste and aroma. Can also be used around the house as a way to subtly perfume the air. By Al-Wadi foods.

2 to 3 dashes aromatic bitters
1/4 teaspoon rose water

Shake shake shake the cocktail until the shaker is ice cold and frosty on the outside, a good minute or so. Strain over ice into a rocks glass, and garnish with Luxardo maraschino cherries if desired.
