Shipping Policy
STORE PICKUP POLICY
If you selected store pickup, we'll be in touch as soon as your order is ready (typically same day if ordered at least 1 hour before we close). Pickup orders will be held for up to one month.
SHIPPING POLICY
You will receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. Please allow up to 4 days for processing your order (of all in-stock items) and readying it for shipment. Once your order ships, you will receive another email notification with your tracking information. Whisk primarily uses Fedex now, though we may also use USPS from time to time still. If you require signature upon receipt (meaning that someone must be home to receive your Whisk package), please select that at check out for an additional $5.25 (which is exactly Fedex's charge for this service).

WHERE WE SHIP
We only ship within the 48 contiguous states. Shipping lengths vary by delivery address. Standard shipment timeframes range from 7-10 business days. If you are interested in express shipment, please contact us at 718-852-COOK.

TAX RATES
If your order is being shipped within New York State, the appropriate sales tax will be charged. If your order is being delivered outside of New York State, we will not charge any sales tax. However, you are responsible for any taxes that may be owed to the State where the order is shipped.
