Sriracha Bitters
An aromatic preparation of water, alcohol, natural and organic herbs and spices and fruits. Savory up front with notes of garlic, burnt orange peel and rock salt. A slow sear of Thai chili heat shows at the mid palette and continues to build through the finish. 4 oz. Made by Brooklyn Hemispherical Bitters.


1 Dash absinthe
2 1/2 oz Bourbon or rye
1 Teaspoonful simple syrup
2 Dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
2 Drops Brooklyn Hemispherical Sriracha Bitters
Lemon twist

Coat a frosty cold rocks glass with absinthe, swirl and toss out excess. Stir the rye, simple syrup, peychauds, and sriracha bitters into a mixing glass or another rocks glass. Strain cocktail into the absinthe-coatd rocks glass with a julep strainer. Twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass and drop in. Top with BHB Sriracha Bitters to taste.
