Tsukiji Aritsugu Deba Knife
Featuring white carbon steel, this traditional Japanese deba is used for filleting fish and removing the head. Like all debas, this knife has a double bevel blade. The high carbon content makes for an incredibly sharp edge that is easier to sharpen. Made in Japan by Tsukiji Aritsugu, a knife manufacturer with 16th century roots in swordmaking. Wipe and dry during use and immediately after washing.
