These 8" x 12" bags are an excellent choice for kitchens that do a lot of vacuum packaging, and that package consistent portions. Unlike rolls of bag material, which must be cut and sealed on both ends, these bags have a uniform 1 quart size and only require sealing on 1 end. This is great for portion control, and it saves you time too. The open end (for sealing) is 8" wide, so the seal bar on your machine must be longer than this for it to work properly.

For External Strip Machines

These bags are designed to be used with external strip-style vacuum packaging machines, where the bag is placed outside the machine during use. They will not work with chamber machines.
