V Roasting Rack

HIC's professional roast rack is strong and durable. This rack is great to use to roast turkeys, chicken, hams, roasts and more. It will hold a 20 pound turkey. By using this rack, air is able to flow around your meat for consistent even cooking while the food rests above the juices and fats. Great to use on the bbq grill as well. Hand washing is recommended with a non-abrasive cleaner.
