1.5 oz aquavit
.25 oz RAFT Ginger Syrup
.25 oz lemon juice
4-6 dashes Cardamom Bitters
3 oz soda water
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice, stir to mix, and garnish with an orange twist.
